We are sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order.
If you are an international customer and it has passed the 2 week mark from when you received your shipping confirmation, please give an extra week in case your items may be stuck at customs in your country.
If a week passes and your order is still not with you, the next step is to contact customer service at support@diamondtears.store so we can investigate further. We always recommend recorded services when checking out so you are able to see the exact location of your parcel to avoid such situations.
If a few weeks have passed and nothing turns up on either end, we are unable to refund you until the products are back in our possession. We cannot be held responsible for the length of time your package takes to reach us. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
